Vistas focuses on employing and effectively utilizing top quality management and engineering personnel. The quality of any construction project is a direct reflection of leadership and proactive direction. It is true in any industry but especially in the construction fields. Hiring and developing top management and engineering personnel is an expensive undertaking, but doing so results in long term benefits for both our customers and the company which truly makes a difference.
Samuel Zepeda Jr., President & C.E.O.
Samuel is President, CEO, and founder of Vistas Construction. Since 2000 Sam has continuously provided the leadership and vision to catapult Vistas into its current status as a premier contractor. As recognition of his unchallenged entrepreneurial spirit, his pursuit of continued education, mentorship of other emerging small businesses, the determination to become the best that he can be, Sam was named SBA Small Person of the Year for State of Illinois in 2005.
Ignacio Zepeda, Vice President of Operations
Ignacio joined Vistas since it was founded and counts with over twenty years of general management and operations experience, Ignacio is responsible for corporate wide operations. Ignacio has full authority for operations and the full accountability for every Vistas project goals: Successful completion, Customer satisfaction and on or ahead of scheduled completion.
