The Havens is a ninety nine (99) new single family home development. This project is nearly 90% sold. Vistas’ role in the project included infrastructure work for the development and partial management of subcontractors. Specific infrastructure work includes primarily concrete streets and alleys, concrete curb and gutter, excavation of home foundations, some sewer and water, asphalt paving and landscaping of entire subdivision.
